Thank you for your interest in Health & Wellness Coaching with me, Coach David. I’m excited to share information about my practice launched in 2022 to focus on helping clients look at “wellness” holistically and consider the full breadth of possibilities to promote improvements in issues like:
- Weight management,
- Stress management,
- Life satisfaction and mindfulness,
- Chronic condition management, and others
If you choose to work with me, we’ll collaborate to develop a series of small steps (goals), that will become your personal path to your Wellness Vision. Each session we’ll consider challenges and obstacles and you’ll find that sharing the journey will empower you to not just survive but to thrive. Clients have noted that working with a coach helps them take the next step, especially in the case of changes they have tried to address many times before.
My role as your coach is to build a trusting, authentic connection through conversation and nonjudgmental understanding that creates an environment where we can explore your hopes for health and wellness. I will support you by monitoring your progress, holding you accountable for reaching your goals, overcoming obstacles, and celebrating your successes along the way. We’ll discuss and leverage your strengths, values, support structures and internal motivations to realize the goals you set.
3Working with Coach David is like working with a partner. Going into this process I didn’t imagine the value of having a coach who I could talk things over with or list and pursue weekly goals to address areas of my life that I wanted to improve upon or advance, but Dave is easy to trust and comforting on the ear. He sees things in a positive light and asks you to focus on what you’ve achieved as opposed to what you weren’t able to accomplish in a given space of time.
2Our short weekly sessions served both to keep me accountable and to keep me inspired. With Coach David’s guidance and insight, I discovered more and more of what lay beneath the surface of and resistances and obstacles I was encountering, and with this deeper understanding, I was able to surmount barriers that previously stopped my progress.
